To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

Creation of your personalized drawing begins after payment receipt and requires several hours of processing time. Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours via email. Your right of cancellation remains in effect throughout the entire 14-day period.

In principle, yes, but please note: Since we begin creating your personalized drawing immediately after payment and deliver it digitally, your right of cancellation expires upon commencement of execution if you have agreed to this.
What happens if I still cancel?
If you cancel before we begin creating the service, you will receive a full refund. After creation has begun, cancellation is no longer possible according to § 356 para. 5 BGB.
Are there alternatives to cancellation?
